Nov 3 date for mention of Anwar's case

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s sodomy trial and application to strike out the charge will be mentioned at the High Court on Nov 3.

High Court judge Justice Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah set the new date after Deputy Public Prosecutor Nordin Hassan informed him that the Court of Appeal had set Oct 23 to hear an appeal by the prosecution over the ruling to supply certain documents to the PKR adviser.
